A nose of humid soil and fluid honey-like wildness like the fresh mixed vegetation that grows on the fields of the Sibylla. Rosemary, and at times sage and oregano. Freshly-cut light leather. Typical red fruits such as mature California plum, blackberries and Vignola cherries.

The palate experiences tannins in perfect balance between softness and astringency, elegantly accompanied by the velvety feel of the rich polyalcohols. The predominant sweetness, once exhausted, yields the way to a saline freshness. A meditated alcoholic warmth supports the sumptuous structure and guides a persistence where the fruits suddenly return, unexpectedly.

Its characteristics are enhanced by appropriate oxygenation.
