Full of light, with a soft and rather consistent straw-yellow colour, it expresses itself to the nose with delicate scents of mature white-pulped fruit and flowery notes of jasmine and elderberry.

Dry to the taste but pleasantly soft, it has a lively freshness and good flavour with slightly bitter overtones. It has a good body, balance and intensity and perceptible persistence as well as a very fine and harmonious finish.
