Deep ruby red colour with hints of pomegranate, its fragrances emerge slowly and seductively resonating with white pepper and spices in the nutmeg family. The family’s ancestor Teodoro Bonati, a man of the 18th century Enlightenment and “engineer”, was particularly known for his research on the laws of Nature and in particular for his studies on water movements. The great character of the wine we dedicated to him is intended to match the stature of this scientist.
